How does this affect you?
- Every employee that takes x-rays must have a film badge
- For wet film processors:
- documentation of cleaning & chemistry change must be completed
- sensitometry analysis must be performed on each day of use
- Radiation safety programs must be reviewed annually
- A QA program including monitor calibration is necessary on digital systems for cassettes, readers, view stations, and printers (if applicable)
